1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, the Product must meet the following criteria:

• Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, unworn (if applicable), and in the exact condition that you received it.
• Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Tampering/Modification: Any gemstone that has been resized, polished, chipped, set into jewelry, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
• Rudraksha: These items must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging due to hygiene and quality control standards.
  
  2. The Return Process
• Initiate Return: You must contact us via email at lingam883@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
• Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) and detailed instructions for the return shipment. Items returned without a valid RMN will be rejected.
  
  Refunds/Exchange
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Inspection: The gemstone’s condition and the originality of the certificate will be verified by our gemologists.
• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. If your exchange is approved the product will be delivered within 5-7 days
