6. Term

7. Right to Form Consortium/Associates
While providing services, Agasthiyam.store may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization. However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against Agasthiyam.store only.
8. Proprietary Rights
a) Agasthiyam.store owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Agasthiyam.store website and services. You cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any proprietary information without permission.
b) Reliance on content, advice, or opinions posted on the website by others should be done cautiously. Agasthiyam.store does not guarantee accuracy or reliability and shall not be held liable for any damage caused by such reliance.
9. Content Posted By You
You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display on the Website or transmit to other Members. You will not post any defamatory, obscene, abusive, illegal, or infringing material. Agasthiyam.store reserves the right to verify and remove content that violates this Agreement and terminate membership without refund.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not impersonate others, harass members, send abusive messages, use bots or scrapers, post copyrighted content without consent, or engage in illegal or unauthorized commercial activity. Agasthiyam.store may investigate and terminate accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liabilities
YOUR USE OF THE AGASTHIYAM.STORE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Agasthiyam.store PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Agasthiyam.store AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

16. Dealing with Advertisers
Any dealings with advertisers found on or through Agasthiyam.store are solely between you and such advertisers. Agasthiyam.store is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from such dealings.
17. Other
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between you and Agasthiyam.store. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full effect. Please report misuse or abuse of the site to Agasthiyam.store Customer Care. False complaints may result in termination of membership without refund.
